FUNCtional Fitness Class

Expect to engage in a full-body, FUNctional work-out. Plyometric drills, kettlebells, suspension training, battling ropes, calisthenics, and medicine balls are used to make you sweat.

Every fitness level is welcome. Clients work at their own pace. All exercises can be modified. Class size is small for a reason. This allows more personal attention to each participant. Learning proper body alignment and form while performing an exercise is crucial for success and most importantly, injury prevention. Class is Fun and challenging!

Slam Balls

Class is 50mins. - 1 hour. All fitness levels welcome.
